Rink

Rink is a 10 minute uplifting short about negotiating your first crush - when you happen to be gay.
It is about Jane, a tomboy on the verge of her teens who inadvertently flirts with another girl at an ice rink, when the girl flirts back Jane goes all out to prove her "boyhood" only to find that the girl likes her for her.

The film was made by writer/director Gail Hackston and producers Annabel Bates and Zoe Guilford as part of the Eastern Edge Film Fund and Film London scheme, London Calling - we, that's us over to the left, are all very excited to be part of this scheme and to make our film.
